Incident of Physical Violence against Women Ms. Naseem Mai Resident of District Bhawalpur.

 

 

Pakistan International Organization is working with the objective to create consciousness with respect to right and obligations among individuals, to take necessary action in preventing human rights violation and providing assistance including legal act to victim to human right violation and individual and groups striving to protect human rights to make efforts to provide basic necessities of life to receive and investigate reported and non-reported cases and allegation  of human rights violation and to recommended to appropriate remedial action concerned authority.

 

Pakistan International Human Rights Organization is working with the mission to work for the welfare of downtrodden people for the welfare of the society to minimize the miseries of the people. With the vision to build a society where everyone is confident of their own rights and respectful of others right and Mission to Making Rights a reality-respecting protecting and promoting the rights of everyone.

 

Pakistan International has received an application which is self explanatory through our district office Bhawalpur.

 

The Culprit Mr. Mukhtiar Ahmad S/O Mr. Ghulam Haider resident of Village Durab Pur West, Tehsil Jalal Pur Distt. Multan is a cousin of Ms. Naseem Mai D/O Mr. Ghulam Ali resident of Muhalla Sarwar Shah, Ahmad Pur East Distt Bhawalpur. Mr. Mukhtiar Ahmad was interested in marriage but Miss Naseem Mai and her family always regrets him. As revenge he has thrown acid on her face through injection due to which her face is seriously affected. She has registered FIR at PS City Ahmad Pur East 21-08-06 but police could not arrest the culprit. Miss. Naseem Mai belongs to a very poor family and could not meet the treatment expenses.

 

We therefore requested H.E Ambassador Royal Norwegian Embassy, H.E High Commissioner Australian High Commission, H.E High Commissioner Canadian High Commission, H.E Ambassador European Union, Secretary to Ministry of Women Development Government of Pakistan, Islamabad for legal action and consideration of case on Humanitarian grounds.
