Every
adult (above 18 years) citizen of sound mind and having
good repute, committed to the cause of Human Rights
and Social Welfare is eligible to become member of the
organization, provided he/she aggress with and supports
the aims and objectives of the Organization and undertakes
to abide by the constitutions and by-laws of the organization
and pays the prescribed fee.
